JJ Singh

Internationally recognized metal clay instructor, JJ Singh, teaches classes and workshops in her Northern Virginia studio and online. Throughout her 20-year teaching career, JJ marries her traditional metalsmithing background with the latest in technology, often incorporating lasers, cutting machines, and digital design into her metal clay classes. Her classroom is full of tools and technology, but it starts with a creativity candle and music to set the tone for learning, focus, community, and soulful creativity. Certified as a Master Metal Clay instructor by Rio Grande in 2002, JJ has a 20-year history of evangelizing metal clay in the art world. JJ holds a Bachelor of Music degree (operatic performance) from the University of Maryland. Her jewelry has been featured in the Washington Post, Lucky Magazine, Virginia Living, Modern Jeweler, and JCK magazine.
