Dean Souleles

The word “photography” comes from Greek roots meaning painting or writing (graphos) with light (photos) – and that is what I strive to do – whether it’s nature or portraiture, landscape or urban views, my goal is to capture that light and shadow, that color and texture, that fleeting instant of light reflected off a surface in a way that transmits you to that time and place and tells the story of the moment.

Painting with light.

My work was most recently featured in the “Guide to Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive.”

I am available for portrait sittings either at my home studio in Great Falls or at your home or location of your choice.  I am also available for commercial or event work and special occasions.   I teach introductory digital photography and Photoshop and am available to speak to groups on photography and share my work.
