I Cannot Tell A Lie Table Live edge cherry, ash, hand forged tusks, books 47 x 17.5 x 19 June 2020 I cannot tell a lie, I love this new table. It's a live edge cherry slab with a waterfall leg on one side and books forming the other. The ash shelf with hand forged tusk tenons from a local blacksmith symbolizes the ax Washington used to chop down the cherry tree. Books are a selection of the life of George Washington.

Butterfly Date 2020 photography size as needed Top butterfly is a Peck's skipper, a "fast flier." Below is a "rarely seen" Yehl skipper. The Peck's wings are fluttering despite my 1/800 sec. shutter. I wonder why? Look again at those wings. Skippers are F-15 fighter jets compared to monarch's 747.

Mating Monarchs Digital Photography 11x14 Summer 2020 We have planted Milkweed in our front yard as it is the host plant for Monarchs to lay their eggs and more. We were delighted this summer to have several monarchs likely born in our yard, and then we had this pair mating.

Strawberry Tea Watercolor 9" by 12" Instead of traveling this summer, I've been trying to organize shelves and closets, etc. It's not a thrilling project, but I've discovered forgotten treasures! One of these treasures is a Chintzware plate, made in Staffordshire, England. Chintzware is known for its dense floral designs. Finding this plate inspired me to use my watercolors to create Chintzware teacups.
